Portuguese Bar of the Red Lion.
An estimated 6,000 Portuguese people have settled within the Thetford area since 1998. This was the bar of the Red Lion in Thetford in 2004, when the pub was especially Portuguese. The new owners are now trying to change this image, to one of being a pub that caters for everyone, and have renamed this room the European Bar. However, Portuguese beers, coffee, and food can still be bought there.
